Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

exchange policy
If there are any issues or problems with any items you order, please let us know and we will do our best to work it out. We are not able to offer refunds or exchanges for personalized or custom items unless we have made a mistake on the item. Boobear + Co. is not responsible for misspellings in approved proofs. Please double check all spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted based on the custom nature of each order. All sales are final.
All graphic and typographical elements are the responsibility of the client. We are unable to give refunds on client approved designs.
cancellation
policy
There is a cancellation fee of 25% if you cancel your order after your proofs have been approved. When you place an order and commit to using our service, we immediately begin working on your personalized proofs. The design process is included in the pricing of our copper plates and after it has been completed we cannot refund that part of the cost. Once you have approved your proofs and the production process has been started, you cannot cancel your order.
