Our lovely little tokens are appropriate for many occasions and applications. They are a beautiful keepsake for our lost loved ones – pets, a family member, a dear friend – or a gift for someone that has lost a loved one special to them. They are also wonderful additions to your home - to tie around your deck or display in your yard with your family name, or give as a going away present for a family who’s moving away.

You may select the specific quote, phrase or wording for your copper plate, as long as it is 100 characters {including spaces} or less. You may select any of the artwork options provided, or contact us with a special request and we will accommodate, if possible.

Both the 3" x 5" copper plate and the 5" x 5" copper plate can hold up to 100 characters, including spaces.

You will receive your personalized copper plaque along with a strip of leather cord and examples of ways to hang your plaque.

The copper plates are intended to be placed outside – tied around a tree, stake or post, or presented anyway you’d like. When placed outside, our copper plates will tarnish with time and exposure to air and the weather {see Salsa ♥ Boobear plaque in photos as an example}. Our plates can be cleaned with a simple solution of vinegar and salt, however we prefer the look that comes with exposure to the natural elements. The copper plates will not hurt trees or other vegetation.

Great! The copper will got more and more beautiful with time. You will eventually need to replace the leather, but the copper will last a lifetime!

There is a cancellation fee of 25% if you cancel your order after your proofs have been approved. When you place an order and commit to using our service, we immediately begin working on your personalized proofs. The design process is included in the pricing of our copper plates and after it has been completed we cannot refund that part of the cost. Once you have approved your proofs and the production process has been started, you cannot cancel your order.

If there are any issues or problems with any items you order, please let us know and we will do our best to work it out. We are not able to offer refunds or exchanges for personalized or custom items unless we have made a mistake on the item. Boobear + Co. is not responsible for misspellings in approved proofs. Please double check all spelling, punctuation, and grammar. Returns and exchanges are not accepted based on the custom nature of each order. All sales are final. All graphic and typographical elements are the responsibility of the client. We are unable to give refunds on client approved designs.
